Postcard from Victor to Rico

                   Dear Rico,
I hope you made it safely to "El Norte". Did you find your brother? I'm going to "El Norte" as well. Since I’m out of business because “El Norte” say that our corn is cheap, so I’m going to “El Norte.” I’m going to “El Norte” to get a job and mail money to my family.

Sincerely,

My faith of this photograph

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." (Hebrews 11:1)
This Picture show me faith that Jesus is real. That he sacrificed his life to save us. If it he didn't sacrifice for us who knows how the world would be like, so we should be thankful that Jesus sacrificed his life for us. By not stealing or killing. Instead help people to make the world a better place.

The nasty Thing

What is that thing!?!
“It’s like a green slimy type liquid.” As I picked it up it did not move or any thing, but I wanted to see if it was alive so I took it to school for my science lab. I added water, but it started taking away the color. I tried everything nothing worked. when I showed it to the teacher I found that it was
not living.

Friendly Letter

               Dear Douglas,
I'm reading NUMBER THE STARS and it's very interesting. I like the book because I like stuff about WWII (World War II), but I still recommend this book to you. This book is about a girl named Annemarie and her best friend, Ellen, who face the challenges of life with the Nazis during WWII. I think you should read this book next because this book is really exciting! You never know what will happen next!

                                                                                                                               Sincerely,
                                                                                                                                          Gabriel

The two mom's said to take the longer way to school tomorrow to avoid those two guards. "Where's Ellen" said Mrs. Rosen, Ellen's mom. "In her apartment" Annemarie replied.  Mrs. Rosen rose up her chair and went to her apartment to talk with Ellen.

Number the stars-What is Annemarie telling her Mom about the Guards?

“See you tomorrow” Annemarie told Ellen. Ellen walked into her apartment. Ellen’s apartment was on the second floor, and Annemarie’s apartment was on the third floor. On the way to the third floor she was wondering if she should tell her mom about the guards. She decided it would be best not to tell her mom about the guards, but it was too late Kristi was already telling her mom.

Number The Stars-the two guards at the corner

Annemarie and Ellen raced to their apartment. "Halt!” a guard had told them. The two guards at the corner of their apartment came up to them. "Why are you running” said a guard. "I was just practicing for the school race I have every Friday, and I want to do well, so I-" Annemarie stopped, telling her self "Don't talk too much". Annemarie's little sister, Kirsti, came from behind. "Oh look at the cute little girl" said a guard. "Reminds me of my little girl at home.” The guard reached down to grab her. Kirsti slapped the guards hand out of the way. The two guards looked at each other and laughed saying stuff in German. When they stopped laughing they said "alright now go home". The guards walked away. The girls walked into their apartment. "I was so scared" Annemarie whispered to Ellen. "Me too" she replied."
